Artist in Residence KOBE（AiRK）
アーティストやクリエイターが集う文化の港として神戸を更に開いていく為、神戸・北野で2022年より運営。
神戸市内の文化施設や団体と提携し、招聘アーティストを滞在施設として受け入れる「Partnership Program in Kobe」、自主企画として国内外のアーティストを招聘し、神戸市内でワークショップやイベントを開催するなど、地域とアーティストとの交流を促進する「Program by AiRK」、そして一般に滞在アーティストを応募する「AiRK OPENCALL」などの活動を軸に、さらなる神戸文化の醸成と活性化を目指しています。
Since 2022, AiRK has been operating in the Kitano area of Kobe with the mission of further opening up the city as a cultural port where artists and creators can come together.
Through a range of initiatives—including the “Partnership Program in Kobe,” which collaborates with cultural institutions and organizations in the city to host invited artists with residence support;
the “Program by AiRK,” which independently invites artists from Japan and abroad to facilitate exchanges with the local community through workshops and events held in Kobe;
and “AiRK OPENCALL,” an open application program that welcomes a wide range of artists —AiRK is dedicated to cultivating and revitalizing Kobe’s cultural landscape.
